HCC Board of Directors Monthly Meeting

The Board of Directors of The Harvard Club of Chicago (HCC) meets monthly, from August through May, normally meeting at the offices of McDermott, Will & Emery, in Chicago on the 45th floor. Members are welcome to attend but are kindly requested to RSVP in order to be added to the building security entrance list.

The February 13 board meeting will be via conference call only. To participate, at 12:15 pm or preferably a little earlier on the day of the meeting, please call the Conferenceplus Call phone number, 630-693-3306, and enter Pass code 8202075#.

Please observe the following conference call rules of etiquette:

1. Keep your phone on “mute” when you are not talking.  Telephones pick up all sorts of background noise which can be irritating to the other participants
2. Do not eat or drink while your mute button is off – chewing and swallowing can sound rather ominous when magnified on a telephone
3. Do not use your “hold” button
4. When someone else is talking, please do not interrupt – wait until they are finished, release your mute button, mention your name and say what you have to say. 
5. Please keep all comments crisp and to the point!
