The Harvard Club of Chicago and Harvard University respect your privacy. Non-public information about specific individuals, such as found in your online profile, or in records of your transactions with the Club are not shared with anyone or any organization outside the Club or the University, other than those entities involved in the actual processing of these transactions, e.g. credit card companies, processors, etc.
Please note that at Club programs and activities photographs may be taken to be used on the web site or for other Club promotional purposes. By registering to participate in and/or attending any of these programs or activities participants agree to the use of their images/likenesses, without name identification, by the Club without further permission or compensation to themselves. If a participant does not wish his/her image/likeness to be used in such manner, s/he must inform the Club in writing or by email, prior to the program or activity.
