This year's holiday party takes us to the West Loop's Randolph Street to enjoy Rick Bayless's recently opened Cruz Blanca brewery. Most people know Rick Bayless from winning the title of Bravo’s Top Chef Masters, beating out the French and Italian with his authentic Mexican cuisine. His highly rated Public Television series, Mexico–One Plate at a Time, is broadcast coast to coast and has earned him multiple Daytime Emmy nominations for Best Culinary Host.

Cruz Blanca's food menu is filled with soul satisfying flavors from Mexico’s Smoke Alley. It is a place to settle in and sample craft beers made with new world interpretations of classic German, Austrian, and French styles, much like the beers that blossomed throughout Mexico City in the 1860s and all expressed with local ingredients. Think malts, honey and botanicals all procured in and around Chicago. Of course, wine will be flowing for our non-beer drinkers.

$145 Non-members of HCC and their guests
CANCELLATION POLICY: Absolutely no cancellations after 12:00pm/Noon on Monday, December 11th, or the attendee who made the reservation will be charged, regardless of participation, due to costs associated with the reservation.
