Join the Harvard Club of Chicago and Harvard Medical Society of Chicago on Thursday, May 4 at 5:30 pm for a conversation with David H. Roberts, Dean, External Education.
David H. Roberts, MD '95 is a pulmonary and critical care physician who has spent much of his career innovating in medical education. He is a graduate of Harvard Medical School and did his medical training at the Massachusetts General Hospital. He and his team have designed and built several new online learning platforms including the recently launched HMX program. The range of learners for HMS's new online and blended learning programs include lay people, students interested in medicine, practicing physicians, and executives in industries related to medicine. As you certainly know, online courses and their impact on education is a topic of immediate relevance and importance. This meeting should be of interest to physicians as well as to anyone interested in the future of education.
