Join us Wednesday, March 12, 2014 at 5:30 pm to hear two distinguished Chicago area leaders discuss their experiences in planning, coordinating, and marketing the advantages of Chicago as a venue for hosting major global events.

Ms. Lori Healey was the President of the Chicago 2016 Committee, the City's Olympic bid organization, and Executive Director of the Chicago NATO Host Committee, a very successful global summit which highlighted Chicago's economic vitality, arts and architecture, and can-do spirit. Ms. Healey has served as Chief of Staff for Mayor Richard M. Daley, and is currently CEO of Tur Partners LLC, and on the Board of Directors of World Business Chicago.

Dr. Scott Hanlon is the Founder/CEO of Chicago KICS Cup, an international youth soccer tournament scheduled for July 19-26, 2014. KICS Cup is focused on providing a positive experience for boys and girls, promoting international youth soccer, and showcasing Chicago as a world-class destination. Dr. Hanlon has served as the Commissioner of the Chicago Park District, and is Founder of the Near South Soccer League, and a practicing Family Physician.

Learn about successful high profile event strategies, the opportunities to capitalize on Chicago's abundant resources, including its premier lakefront location, and the promotion of Chicago as a global destination of choice.
